The Soldiers Table Revealed
The latest chapter ended with a huge suspense moment and revealed the premier party of heroes who will split off from the main group to begin their independent quest, separate from the additional parties.
The combat-focused team consists of Teor Pridesire (played by Travis Willingham), Thimble (the talented performer), Tyranny (the cast member), the cleric (the player), and Kattigan (the actor).
The Reason for Division
Given 13 cast members, it was clear from the start that keeping everyone at the same party would be impossible.
Hence, the first four episodes of Campaign 4 serve as an Overture, intertwining the personal journeys before dividing into three separate parties: Fighters, Strategists, and Explorers.
The Nature of the Soldiers Table
According to the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for participants who are drawn to a typically action-packed combat and conflict-driven story mode where peaceful solutions are scarce.
Initially, characters like the reluctant priest the cleric might look out of place, but the developments of episode 3 make it clear why these particular heroes are ideally matched for the Soldiers table.
Reasons to Leave
First, the group understands precisely where to proceed after a violent first encounter with the enemy group.
A former ally of the deceased character—whose demise kicked off the story’s plot—manipulated The Crow Keepers for his personal gain, invading the hidden lair, striking the rogue, and stealing all the magical artifacts to sell off.
The traitor then cleared his liabilities and fled to a secure base in the northern region, beyond the city, with Cyd pursuing him.

- The rogue, as Thjazi’s partner and closest confidant, desires retribution.
- The adventurer has experience in Timmony and cautions that it is a nasty environment.
- Tyranny and The healer, having disobeyed his relatives’ demands to execute Teor and instead saved him, have no other options.
- However, their status as prominent individuals in House Halovar could assist the party enter places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
- Additionally, Teor vowed a life debt to Wicander for his rescue and will now accompany him everywhere.
Pursued by Authorities
Lastly, all of them are wanted by the powers that rule the city for a multiple motives, making lingering locally no longer safe:
- The agile adventurer and Kattigan are recognized lawbreakers.
- The warrior and The healer turned against House Halovar and the army of fiends they are partnered with.
- Teor is marked for death by the family.
This means them few options but to travel to Timmony in search of the traitor.
